Built in 1837 and situated in Dacre Banks, Holy Trinity is part of the Church of England Parish of ‘Dacre with Hartwith and Darley with Thornthwaite’.
The Church meets at Holy Trinity at 9.30am on the second and fourth Sundays of each month, and for a quiet said communion serviceat 6.30pm on the third Sunday (this service becomes a 3pm Said Communion service in the winter months after the clocks go back). Also on the second Sunday of the month, at 10am we usually have Family Forest Church in the Vicarage Orchard next to the churchyard. This involves outdoor activities as well as simple prayers and reflections. Come dressed appropriately for the weather! More than this we are happy that the building is open for you each day between ‘dawn’ and ‘dusk’, for private prayer or quiet - do please enjoy it.
The church building is very accessible, and is provided with a Loop and sound-enhancement system. WELCOME ~ do please contact us if you have any questions or enquiries.
